Terms of Service

1. The service
LucidEarth provides a "Funnel in a Day" service: a complete, conversion-ready marketing funnel — landing page, opt-in form, follow-up sequence, and related assets — built and launched within one business day for a flat fee of $300, in either a Done With You or Done For You format.
2. Ownership
Upon completion and full payment, you own 100% of the delivered assets, including the page, copy, form, and design. LucidEarth retains no ownership or ongoing rights to your assets and imposes no long-term contracts or ongoing fees.
3. Payment
The $300 flat fee is due before the build day begins and is paid through the secure payment link provided after your application is confirmed. The fee covers one complete funnel build and one round of revisions.
4. Revisions
One round of revisions is included on build day. Additional changes requested after build day are billable at an hourly rate, or you may edit the delivered assets yourself.
5. Timeline guarantee
If your funnel is not live within 24 hours of your confirmed build day, you do not pay. This guarantee applies to confirmed builds and excludes delays caused by you (such as missing information or unresponsive review).
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information, respond to review requests on the build day, and ensure you have the rights to any content, branding, or assets you supply to us.
7. Limitation of liability
LucidEarth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or leads. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on LucidEarth.org with the date shown above.
